Day 1: Dar – Mikumi National Park
In the morning at 0830hrs after breakfast, pick up from your hotel OR airport in Dar – es – Salaam and travel 283km to Mikumi National Park where you will arrive in time for lunch. After lunch proceed with afternoon game drives in the park a home to Elephant, Lion, Wild dog, Zebras, Hyena, Buffalo, Wildebeest, Eland, Hartebeest, Crocodile, Lizard and other residents. Over 300 species of birds have been observed in this park. You will have dinner and overnight at a designated lodge or tented camp as below:
Option # 1: Vuma Hill Tented Camp: inside the park
Option # 2: Kikoboga Tented Camp: inside the park
Option # 3: Angalia Tented Camp: out of the park
Option # 4: Budget at Genesis Motel : out of the park
Option # 5: Budget Bush Camping: out of the park

Day 2: Full day in Mikumi National Park
Breakfast followed by both morning and afternoon game drives in Mikumi National Park. You may opt to arrange picnic lunch and go for a full day exploring the park, or you may opt to come back to the lodge/camp for hot lunch. What ever you decide here with your driver guide is acceptable. You will have dinner and overnight at your lodge as day 1 above, FB.

Day 3: Mikumi – Dar es Salaam
Wake up at 0600hrs for early morning game drives in Mikumi, then at 0845hrs drive back to the lodge or camp for breakfast. NOTE, if you stay outside the park, there is no early morning game drive. After breakfast check out and drive while sporting game en-route back to Dar where you will arrive in the early afternoon.
